I have called Hall Chrysler,in Mishawaka, Indiana several times for recall on my 2005 Jeep Chrysler, this is the car I purchase for my daughter to get back and forth to college. The car was registered on campus last year if you need proof. I think it is so *** to send paperwork for recall and you do have the means or software to fix problem. I called customer service today and a representative by the name of Lori was very argumentative in trying to tell me what is wrong and what isn't wrong with my car. She tried to tell me I do not have an electrical problem and then she tried to tell me to have vehicle check at my cost. Lori also did not show any signs of customer service she wanted to argue and she was not a representative that listen. She kept trying to over talk me loudly. When I brought the car I put on diagnostic machine and it was fine at the time I purchase.I did not appreciate Lori telling me that I did not have an electrical problem, I did not appreciate the fact that she would not put supervisor on the telephone when I asked to speak with one. She went back and forth yes, no, maybe.
I want a new car or replacement until you find a solution. Now my daughter will not have a car unless you are an honest corporation. If the problem cannot be fixed I want a new car until the car is fixed I want a rental for my daughter to get back and forth to college. I do appreciate if you respond to my request ASAP email@example.com
PS It don't matter how many miles is on the car! Fix this problem! Oh by the way Lori stated we were not in danger the car is okay to drive. Where did you find that customer service representative.
